So the word is out, I will be moving on this coming June. My time at NewSong has been full of amazing expereinces. I am greatful that this church picked up a wet behind the ears pastor with no expereince and let me learn the basics of ministry. Here are a few of my favorite moments.
1. The time when Justin stood up an pointed at his watch during one of my lessons because I was cutting into dodge ball time.
2. My first medical emergency when Brie fell off the ledge backward and dislocated/broke her arm.
3. All you 12 year old punks my first year at UE Camp, especially Flex's brave jump off the cliff.
(the smelly one, the afraid of bugs one and the one who never stopped talking)
4. Our Refresh Retreat last spring, that weekend was deeply satisfing to my soul.
5. Having my laptop stolen twice.

I think my favorite was that one time when we played Hide and Seek in your house and more than half the youth group hid in the attic. You literally scared the pee out of someone (I forget who it was). Also, when you put Peanut Butter under your armpits. XD

the time when i was speaking at a retreat for you guys and you, me, kime, and lyndon(tender) all dressed up in ridiculous tablecloths and towels and used pots and pans to fight each other...
well, at least I got number one! woohoo! lol. the Baltimore/D.C. trip was fun.
Going to your house on Vine Street. I remember Lyndon saying he thought I would get married before you...I guess he was wrong. Too bad I never see him anymore. And that video we made that we included Rodney in, haha him and his grits. (still have that video by the way)
Oh ya, and the "deals" on Vine Street were always an excitement for the end of a Bible study.
i've always enjoyed the fact that i was tought sound by you and am now looking at a great future with it as well as A mechanic if i spelled it right lol. hahha yeah ben im gonna miss you and don't forget to tell me when your wedding is man.
